Skype for Business Video Transcript

I’m going to show you how to make a test call to check your audio quality in Microsoft Skype for Business. This can be useful if you’re unsure about your call quality or need to make sure that your audio device is set up properly.

On any of these tabs in Skype for Business, click on the Audio Device Icon in the bottom left corner. Scroll down and choose Check Call Quality.  A window will open for the test call. Follow the audio prompts to complete the call and see how you sound.

Hang up when you are done. If you don’t like how you sound, then you can check your Audio Device Settings by clicking on the Audio Device Icon, and choosing Audio Device Settings. Here you can change the settings of your device, and also make more test calls until you find the audio quality you are satisfied with.

If you click OK, Skype for Business will automatically save your audio device settings.

That’s how you make a test call in Microsoft Skype for Business.
